Bahía

Day drinkers only need apply at Bahía, as it closes at 6pm. Of course, it takes something pretty special to get the Beach crowd to venture west over the MacArthur Causeway. But since its opening, Bahía has had them them flocking in. It’s the open-air bar on the seventh-floor terrace of the swanky Four Seasons, and it’s gorgeous. Tables, love seats and day beds are set amid manicured topiary. Off to one side is a cool expanse of blue pool, on the other is a cinema screen-sized water feature. Drinks are Latino cocktails (caipirinhas, margaritas, mojitos and piscos), complemented by premium South American beers.
