The new (and partially Pharrell-owned) Bar Bevy is the nightlife section of Swan, its sister restaurant on the same property. The warm lounge space features the same gorgeous design as Swan. The cocktails are equally complex. For example: the Bagatelle’s Bootie Call, made with Belvedere vodka, St. Germaine elderflower liquor, watermelon, lemon, honey and rosemary.
