José Andrés's cocktail bar at the SLS South Beach is a solid boozy companion to his incredible restaurant. And, believe it or not, you can actually afford to drink there thanks to its weekday happy hour, Monday through Friday from 5–7pm. A selection of cocktails—including the popular salt air margarita—are available for just $8 (which is good for Bar Centro, trust us). You can also order some pretty cheap $8 tapas to chew on, such as lobster croquetas ($8), mussels en escabeche ($6) and hamachi cones ($8). Fancy the dark stuff? Go for the Bellota Old Fashioned made with Spanish ham-infused bourbon, bbq bitters and smoked demerara sugar.
