La Bottega Enoteca Sociale (CLOSED)

La Bottega is home to respected wine club La Cava, but it’s also where oenophiles and neophytes come together to drink and carouse. Members have access to a private locker in the underwater cellar (it was dug into the Florida limestone below the water table), as well as tastings, paired dinners and a monthly wine class taught by the bar’s wine director; non-members can take part in all of these activities for a fee. Wines change seasonally, but expect to find plenty of rosé and sparkling varieties ideal for Miami’s year-round heat wave.
