M.I.A. Beer has become a staple in the Miami craft beer scene, with its bright cans making regular appearances at bars, restaurants and gas stations around town. Its beloved Hefeweizen, the Miami Weiss, is an essential tool in any successful 305 day-drinking. M.I.A’s taproom is located in Doral. And though it’s a bit of a hike, the brewery—with its cozy wooden industrial vibes—is worth the trip. Like any good brewery, the atmosphere is familial and bar snacks such as candied bacon and Sriracha lime cheddar popcorn are never far away.
