Thrift Shop

The venue at 28 NE 14th Street has been home to a few different bar concepts over the last handful of years but none quite like Thrift Shop, which—perhaps you can guess—is part bar, part thrift shop. You’ll find the latter in the front of the space. It’s a small shop with some nice vintage finds. Feel free to browse a bit before you slide into the back area, where a skinny bar is churning out some specialty cocktails and a simple beer menu. Thrifty drinkers can grab a PBR four-pack for $10. The cocktails run $14 each. The inside bar is lively, with some cozy seating options and vintage knickknacks. The bar’s back patio is a better place to sip and chat thanks to some picnic benches and a shady tree. At any point throughout the night, though, feel free to head back to the store and see if the alcohol leads to any impulse buys.
