Despite its location right next to the airport, this Sheraton doesn’t look like yet another chain hotel. OK, the exterior might be a little plain, but the interior is anything but: Aqua accent walls, mustard-yellow armchairs and millennial pink accents really pop against the stark white paint, flooring and bedding. You’ll find all the usual amenities—an 1,800-square-foot fitness center, outdoor pool and business center—plus an 18-hole golf course right across the street. Have a meal in the on-site restaurant or bar or order room service. When it’s time to leave, the 24-hour airport shuttle and express check-out service makes your trip home seamless.
Neighborhood: Although the hotel’s immediate vicinity is dominated by rental car lots and fast food, it’s not far from the vibrant neighborhood of Little Havana. The area boasts incredible Cuban food, popping Latin music clubs and vibrant mom-and-pop shops.
