MOVA—formerly known as Halo—embodies stark South Beach minimalism with its white walls, shiny black bar and red leather banquettes. Pink and blue lighting notch up the glitz factor. Needless to say, cocktails are more prevalent than brewskis (and from 3pm to 9pm each night, they’re half price).
