Famous pastry wizard Antonio Bachour is opening a bakery in Coral Gables

If you fancy yourself a pastry person, then you’ve no doubt heard of Antonio Bachour. The chef has garnered a small army of awards and earned some of the highest culinary honors around. The good news? You’ll soon be able to taste all that talent for yourself when the self-titled Bachour opens up in downtown Coral Gables.

The 75-seat bakery is set to open inside the Gables development 2020 Salzedo this November. Once open, Bachour will serve breakfast, lunch and brunch. The menu will include fresh bread, viennoiserie, sandwiches, salads and a small army of artful desserts. During brunch, expect a classic brioche French toast alongside Bachour’s new turkey Cuban sandwich. Hungry yet? 

The restaurant will be open daily from 7am to 7pm and serve brunch all day on the weekend, which means you can finally sleep in as late as your hungover butt desires and still make it in time for brunch. Add this place to your list of breakfast spots at once.
