The Brickell food hall La Centrale is officially taking reservations for its upcoming winter pop-up, which will let guests reserve their very own yurt for a holiday feast (we’ll give you a moment to Google “yurt”). Once inside your yurt (isn’t that fun to say?) you’ll be able to order from a special winter menu including meat and cheese plates and both savory and sweet formaggi fonduta. Wash it down with a special chai rye winter punch, mulled rosé or warm apple cider with cinnamon-maple syrup.
