Miami beachgoers can now order Domino’s pizza from the sand

Pizza is great. Beach days are great. But, up until recently, you had to prepare in advance if you wanted to combine the two. Because, sadly, there aren't many pizza delivery men who will try and find you on the sand.

Except, now they sort of do. Domino’s just announced a new “hotspots” ordering system this week that makes it possible to order a pizza from a public park or beach. It only works with online orders via the Domino’s website or app. You just have to pick a “hotspot” close to your current location and meet your driver there. A quick scan of Domino’s Miami hotspots map shows they’re littered around the city.

There are two hotspots in Museum Park, a couple in Bayfront Park and dozens along the border of Lummus Park and Ocean Drive, as well as all along South Beach. It’s safe to say that if you’re chilling at a Miami beach or park, there’s a Domino’s hotspot within walking distance.

This is surely good news for the last-minute, unprepared beachgoers among us who find their stomach’s growling after a dip in the Atlantic.
