Miami’s skyline is getting another glossy addition next year—and this one’s strictly VIP. Seia, a new contemporary Italian restaurant and private members’ club from OKO Group and the Bastion Collection, will open atop 830 Brickell in 2026, taking over the 54th and 55th floors of the 55-story tower.

Named after the Roman goddess of sowing seeds, Seia is designed to blend nature’s rhythms with Miami’s flash. The restaurant, open to the public, will seat 178 guests and offer sweeping views of the city and Biscayne Bay. On the 180-degree terrace, diners will be able to soak up the Brickell buzz over refined Italian dishes crafted by the Bastion Collection’s award-winning culinary team, the same group behind L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Le Jardinier, Miami’s Michelin-starred darlings.

The private Seia Club will unfold just above, offering a discreet refuge by day and a lively social enclave by night. Designed by Zervudachi, Roberts and Macadam London, the two-floor space will feature panoramic views, private event areas and programming that merges food, art and culture. Members will also enjoy priority access to the restaurant and exclusive hosting privileges.

“With 830 Brickell, we set out to deliver an international calibre of architecture and lifestyle to the heart of Miami’s financial district,” said Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of OKO Group, in an official statement. “Partnering with the Bastion Collection to develop Seia and Seia Club elevates that vision and introduces a new benchmark for culinary and exclusive social experiences in the city.”

Jamal Daniel, owner of the Bastion Collection, added, “This project is an extraordinary opportunity to bring our culinary and operational expertise to Miami’s most prestigious address, introducing concepts designed to evolve into institutions that serve Brickell’s corporate clientele by day. By night, Seia will become a destination for those seeking an elevated social experience.”

Come next year, Brickell’s business crowd might just find their after-hours haven a few dozen floors closer to the clouds.
