You’ll be seeing a lot more Sergio’s in the coming years. Miami’s Cuban restaurant is launching a new fast-casual spinoff—called Sergio’s Cuban—that just inked a development deal for 25 new South Florida locations. The first is opening in North Miami (1821 NE 123 Street) this Saturday, March 24.

The first 100 hungry people in line will receive a free Cuban bowl and a beer. Anyone else who stops by from noon to 3pm will be treated to complimentary empanadas, cafecitos and some more swag.

The new Sergio’s will serve up Cuban classics alongside some newfangled things that are sure to confuse your abuelo, like nitro café con leche on tap. Stop by this weekend and get acquainted—because you’ll be seeing a lot more of Sergio’s Cuban around town very soon.
