The Brightline is celebrating its first Christmas this holiday season with a bit of cosplay. The sleek passenger train will dress up as the Polar Express this holiday season, offering passengers a theatrical performance and a round-trip journey to go visit Santa himself, who will apparently be blowing off some steam in South Florida before his big day.

It all starts on Sunday, November 11. After that, the Brightline will offer its special trip every Saturday and Sunday until January 1, with six trips running from 10am to 8pm. You’ll have to drive to Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale station to hop onboard, though. Tickets range from $50 to $55.

What exactly can passengers expect from the Brightline’s Polar Express show? Well, there will be a cast of jolly folks punching tickets, leading carols and offering hot chocolate and cookies to passengers onboard. Guests will get to read the Polar Express and the hour-long trip eventually culminates when Santa himself boards the train to deliver a special silver sleigh bell to each passenger. Oh, and you’re encouraged to wear pajamas.

Before you know it, you’ll be back in Fort Lauderdale like nothing ever happened. Will Tom Hanks be there? Probably not! He’s quite expensive.

Tickets are available now over at ftlthepolarexpressride.com.
