When the new Downtown apartment complex X Miami opens this summer, it’ll offer no shortage of amenities: a co-working space, pool deck, app-controlled thermostats and other buzzy buzz words. But the most enticing part of the whole operation might just be X Miami’s leasing office, a dog-friendly pop-up green space that will feature a bar, food trucks, yoga classes, farmers markets and more.
They’re calling it X Landing and you can find it on the corner of NE 3rd Street and Biscayne Boulevard. Open from 11am to 10pm, the space is available to both interested apartment seekers and folks who just want to chill out and have a drink and watch the sunset. Surprisingly, there still aren’t a lot of places to do just that in Downtown Miami, so whether you want to sign a lease or not, take advantage of X Landing while you can.
