Time Out says

Like the name says, this rundown space used to be an RC Cola plant. Now, though, it's mainly used for concerts and parties that tend to be more in the dance music genre. The massive paint party known as Life in Color recently made RC Cola its new home and Wynwood Fear Factory, an EDM Halloween festival, uses RC Cola for its spooky aesthetic.

Andrew Music Club

Skate culture, techno music, and punk aesthetic collide at Andrew Music Club on Labor Day weekend. The two-day micro-festival takes place September 5-6 at the RC Cola Plant in Wynwood. Hosted by III Points and Andrew, a rare Miami skate shop with its own apparel brand, the annual event welcomes all ages for a low-key, high-energy rave featuring local talent and rising artists from all over the world. On the lineup this year, sets from London’s Ben UFO, Miami’s Rude Boy, and Berlin’s DJ Heartstring, plus a mini skate ramp, clothing pop-ups, and more. Two-day entry tickets start at $33 for general admission.
