Arjun Waney, the man behind some of Miami’s most sought after restaurants, is responsible for DÔA (pronounced dow-ah), a hodgepodge of Japanese, Chinese and Peruvian cuisines housed in a swank space on Collins Ave. The minds behind the menu are calling their creations “LatAsian,” and the results can be mouth-watering. There’s sushi, ceviche, and even a $140 Wagyu tomahawk steak. If that’s out of your budget, make sure to try the restaurant’s traditional ceviche ($14) made with a fresh fish of the day, as well as sirloin nigiri ($12) topped with a petite quail egg and drizzled with truffle soy.
