Those who’ve been fortunate enough to taste Lindsay Autry’s famous tomato pie have been ruined forever—in the best way, of course. You’ll crave it, you’ll tell your friends about it and you might even drive to West Palm Beach on a whim for a sliver of the savory tart. Fortunately, tomato pie comes to us next weekend as the Top Chef finalist teams up with Shake Shack for a limited-edition burger available January 16 through 19 at the chain’s Mary Brickell Village, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale locations. The Autry Burger features a classic Shack patty topped with slow-roasted tomatoes, sharp cheddar, caramelized onions and an herb aioli. It’s truly the best of both the burger and the pie rolled into one, and you won’t have to make the hike an hour north to savor it.
