Li’s Dim Sum at MKT Kitchen

One of lockdown’s few success stories, Raymond Li transitions from an Instagram takeout and delivery business to a pop-up restaurant in Coral Gables. Li’s Dum Sum takes over dinner service at MKT Kitchen Thursday through Saturday with an inventive take on traditional Chinese dumplings and noodle dishes. Li, together with his father, puts forth a delicious Colombian- and Cuban-inspired menu with standouts such as papas bravas with Szechuan tartare and charsiu sauce and guava and cream cheese spring rolls.
