Where’s the beef? At this mom-and-pop Argentinian steakhouse. The menu is a carnivore’s dream—skirt, flat and New York steaks. The mixed grill (blood sausage, sausage, sweetbreads, short rib and flat meat) will satisfy gluttons and harden arteries. Sides include South American specialities (Russian salad, hearts of palm with prosciutto).
