Pizza Rustica

South Beach’s refuelling pit stop par excellence, Rustica is a tiny, standing-room-only space that’s packed in the early hours with clubbers who come to boost their carbs and sponge up the booze. But the Tuscan-style pizza is good enough to eat sober, with excellent toppings including meatball with sweet red onions, rosemary potato and goat’s cheese, and the classic four cheeses. One slice is a meal.
