This former food truck earned hardcore fans with delicious Korean fusion. At its Midtown brick and mortar, expect more of the same: caloric creations perfect for soaking up booze or treating yourself after a long day (the “Crackling’” sous vide duck herb sandwich has stolen out heart on more than one occasion). A side of tater tots never hurt, either.
