Though open briefly in the spring of 2015 (neighborhood construction forced the restaurant to shutter), Soho Bay has now officially opened its doors, beckoning diners with its breathtaking views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay (200 waterfront seats mean a guaranteed vantage point for all). The Japanese-inspired menu at this Brazilian import—the restaurant’s first international outpost—is chock full of fresh seafood dishes, such as lobster with wasabi-and-lime ice cream and pork kakuni with bok choy and miso butter.
