Carrot Express does fresh, fast-casual health food—and they do it pretty darn good too. This cute Surfside spot is serving up wraps, sandwiches, pitas, bowls and filling platters of chicken and fish. There’s a whole section of the menu dedicated to different riffs on a sweet potato. It’s kosher too.
