South Beach just can’t get enough sushi, which explains why the trendier-than-thou Delano turned its Starck-designed, eat-in lobby kitchen into a sushi bar serving cucumber cocktails and $15 spicy tuna rolls for hipsters who don’t mind sharing a communal table and paying through the nose.
