Hospitality vet Amir Ben-Zion formerly of Gigi and Bardot, among other local successes, opens Vagabond Sushi Bar in the eponymous MiMo hotel. Chef Mike Hiraga oversees the Japanese menu, focusing largely on omakase tastings and Izakaya-style dining. Most dishes are meant to be shared, though the bento box is a delicious option for one.
