Time Out says

Giant Puppets, Mariachi Musicians, Aztec Dancers, Little Frida Kahlos, World's Tiniest Parade Floats, Drummers, Skeleton Pirates, Circus Performers, Stilt Walkers and some of the most beautiful skull face makeup you'll ever see!

Come dressed to march along the Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale. Marchers will meet at the Huizenga Park Bandshell at 2:45 and the Processional Starts at 3:15.
