Time Out says

With the powers of love and rock ‘n’ roll, there’s little that can’t be conquered. But a global pandemic? It’s hard going up against that. Still, in these trying times, music remains a reliable source of solace, and local synth-pop heroes Afrobeta are doing what they can to keep the beat alive. Like several Miami gyms and restaurants, bands are finding online avenues to spread their musical gospel of hope.

In partnership with local non-profit the Rhythm Foundation, Afrobeta will perform in a live-streamed, closed set performance from the North Beach Bandshell. Originally planned as part of the monthly North Beach Social and the City of Miami Beach’s Culture Crawl, the concert broadcast can be viewed worldwide on Rhythm Foundation’s Facebook Live, free to the public to be enjoyed all together from the safety of home. Prepare for a proper living room dance party, people.
