Area Stage Company

This award-winning theater company (housed inside a former South Miami movie theater) gives youngsters a glimpse into its world via a constant stream of kid-friendly productions and a range of classes and workshops that cover acting, voice and dance. Productions range from mega Broadway shows like Aladdin and Annie to small-scale dramas and student plays. ASC boasts a professional-level conservatory for young, aspiring performers and the Inclusion Theatre Project, a program designed for people with special needs.
