Botanical Garden at the Spillover

Fancy yourself a mixologist? Put your cocktail-making skills to the test at this weekend’s pop-up from Fords Gin and East Imperial, who’ve set up a botanical garden with all kinds of garnishes to make the perfect G&T. Pluck fresh rosemary, mint and other aromatics to mix in with cinnamon sticks, anise and other spices and use them to flavor your custom gin and tonic, featuring four types of effervescent flavors. There’ll be live music as well as live art by Ashley Aarons, Margarita Fernandez, Elyssee Ajami and Felipe Garcia to keep your creative juices flowing.
