Connan Mockasin

Kiwi psych-pop wonder boy Connan Mockasin has spent the last decade crafting a mesmerizing musical universe marked by lush, layered sounds, offbeat characters and a dreamy, sometimes disorienting atmosphere. His latest album, 2018’s Jassbusters, was foreshadowed by a five-part experimental film shot in an abandoned Los Angeles hair salon. After touring with the likes of Radiohead and collaborating with James Blake, Connan brings his surrealist R&B spectacle to Miami.
