The first church in Coral Gables (and today one of the most liberal), this Mediterranean Revival building, with its lovely baroque belfry and sculpture over the main entrance, was designed as a replica of a church in Costa Rica and completed in 1924. In the summer it hosts a popular concert series that includes well-known names in jazz, classical and folk music, along with the odd barbershop quartet.
