Croissant Battle

Who makes Miami’s best croissant? Find out when several of the city’s top pastry chefs compete in the National Hotel’s first bake-off. There will be a fan prize, voted on by guests, and a grand prix, voted on by the judges. But the afternoon’s real winner will be you: after the competition, guests get to feast on croissants with jam, cheese and charcuterie.
