Daybreaker: Flow State Yoga & Dance Party

The super-popular Daybreaker fitness rave has partnered with experimental electronic music act Above & Beyond to support the launch of their mind-bending new album, Flow State. Describing the global party as “an auditory hug,” Daybreaker’s Miami edition will feature a psychedelic sunset yoga flow set to the new album followed by a dance party with Dude Skywalker on the decks. The “midsummer night’s dream” themed event also includes meditation sessions and a Vixens Workout in case you want to get your sweat on. Florals and flower crowns, botanicals, sparkles and flowy, ethereal garb are encouraged.
