Time Out says

What is it? Miami Spice is an annual city-wide program designed to support local restaurants during the slower summer months. Participating restaurants offer discounted three-course menus, available all throughout August and September. The prix-fixe menus start at $40 for brunch and lunch, and $50-$65 for dinner, excluding tax and gratuity.

Why go? Over 300 restaurants are participating this year, including Michelin-starred eateries like Ariete and Le Jardinier. Now is the time to check out your bucket-list restaurants for a fraction of the price.

Don’t miss: New for 2026, select restaurants will offer Signature Dining Experiences that feature interactive moments and extra flair alongside three-course menus. Consider dinner with a show at the glamorous Faena Theater ($200 per person), or pull up a chair at Uchi’s sushi counter for an eight-course omakase experience ($95 per person).
