Time Out says

The entertainment village of Gulfstream Park is having a Freedom Fest to celebrate the 4th of July. From 5–9pm there will be a kid zone, equipped with face painting stations and magicians. At 9:30pm the fireworks show starts. Be sure to get a good spot next to the race track.
