Miami’s homegrown produce meets Japanese-American cuisine this Saturday, August 1 with a special collaboration dinner presented by Kojin and Ford’s Farms. An experimental seven-course tasting menu will showcase the Homestead farm’s latest harvest and celebrate what’s in season, all masterfully prepared by Michelin-lauded chefs including Jeremy Ford, Joe Mizzoni, and Pedro and Katherine Mederos.
