Time Out says

The Little Haiti Cultural Center is a community complex devoted to showcasing the rich culture of its neighborhood, Little Haiti. The center has many services—from summer camps to educational workshops on creative writing and Capoeira. But its flagship event—a monthly party thrown on the third Friday of the month—is always a blast. Music, dancing and delicious food all combine for one killer block party.
