Culinary Collabs with Michelin Stars
South Florida is seeing stars as several Michelin darlings team up for collaborative dinners. On Thursday and Friday this week, August 20-21, Crown Shy brings global flavors and New York City swagger to MAASS, the glamorous Michelin-starred counter at Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale. Guests have their pick of a three-course menu ($125) or five-course menu ($185) served in the dining room, or an ultra-luxe tasting menu ($295) with a seat at the counter. Across town, it’s a Mediterranean-Japanese menu as Mandolin welcomes Chef Shingo Akikuni of Miami’s Michelin-starred omakase, Shingo, on Sunday, August 23. Your $135 ticket includes five courses, beverage pairings, and a take-home gift.
