Right in the meat of the Design District, the two-story space of Markowicz Fine Art is full of visually striking modern pieces. The gallery has established names like Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, Tom Wesselmann and Fernando Botero in its collection. But there's also a shifting rotation of fresh, new (and often colorful) modern pieces. Markowicz is not your average stuffy art gallery. This place pops with personality and offers a welcoming atmosphere. Admission is free.
