Before the turkey comes the trot, as in the annual Thanksgiving-morning tradition that brings hundreds of runners to Tropical Park for a 5K or 10k. Proceeds from the race benefit the nonprofit Baptist Health South Florida, though it’s also rewarding to make room for second and third servings of stuffing and pie.
