Uchi

James Beard award-winning chef Tyson Cole has brought his celebrated Austin concept to Wynwood, and it’s been worth the wait. CASA NEOS—a glamorous, two-story Mediterranean playground where the party is the fabulous backdrop for a star-power feast—stakes its claim on the Miami River. Inside, Venetian-plastered walls, rustic luxury and glass sliders open toward skyline views, and chef Michaël Michaelidis, whose credentials include tallying a jaw-dropping 26 Michelin stars across international venues, anchors the menu. 

Highlights include grilled blue prawns kissed with espelette, burrata with frozen stracciatella, a tableside fileting of branzino and lobster pasta finished with a rich and decadent bisque. The chocolate lava cake, naturally stamped with “CASA NEOS,” is playfully shareable (or not—no judgment here). The vibe here is definitively bold, with an undeniable and solid craft element in every bite. CLAUDIE

CLAUDIE is arguably Miami’s “It Girl” of restaurants, bringing French Riviera-inspired dining to Brickell, all tucked just underneath FIU’s MBA building. But don’t let the modest address fool you: inside, you’ll find a full-blown elegant escape into pink-beige elegance, lush gardens, arched entries and candlelit romance. 

Helmed by chef Michaël Michaelidis (of CASE NEOS/MILA lineage), the menu celebrates la cuisine du soleil, blending coveted Mediterranean ingredients with classic French style. Signature plates include a vodka-tinted table-side gazpacho, buttery escargots, lobster pasta, shaved truffle macaroni and decadent seafood towers (to name a few!). MILA

MILA is not just a beautiful restaurant—it’s topped many a list as the most beautiful restaurant in Miami. Its interiors and rooftop terrace are designed by Lazaro Rosa-Violan and Olya Volkova, two of the city’s most meticulous and celebrated designers known for turning every angle into a frame-worthy moment. 

The menu fuses a unique blend of Mediterranean and Asian influences, from fresh hamachi crudo with lime caviar and grilled octopus skewers over romesco sauce, to an ultra-luxe truffle cream spaghetti and seasonally-inspired hot-pots, and beyond.
