Sip and more sips! with San Bartolo Mezcal Artesanal

On this edition of Time Out Market’s ‘sip and learn’ series, Daniel Arellano of San Bartolo Mezcal Artesanal leads a tasting featuring the smokey Oaxacan spirit. Guests will learn how to discern the flavors of the agave-based liquor while sipping it neat and in a cocktail. Jennifer Tone joins Arellano to conduct a special mezcal ceremony in which attendees learn the art of kissing the spirit before tasting it. Set designer Ricardo Sotero keeps things on theme with a colorful display of Catrinas, the famous dolls you see displayed every year on Día de los Muertos.
