UPDATE 2/4/15 WOW! This is going to be quite a shindig. Looking at the RSVP list, I see climbers from every part of the community, new and experienced, coming together for this evening of climbing, food, friends, and prizes. The 2015 Twin Cities Rock Climbing Social is at Midwest Climbing Academy; entry fee to the facility is $10. With your entry fee, you will receive one ticket to the door prize drawings that will happen throughout the event. This will be a potluck affair; please bring a dish or bag or jar of something to share. We’ll have tables set out for your goodies. The best parties end up in the kitchen, so plan to meet new and old friends alike over a plate of chips and dips and pies and face stuffing. In addition to the door prizes, we will have a table of raffle items. Each item (or package) will have its own ticket box. Buy as many tickets as you want and put those tickets towards the exact item(s) you hope to win. We will hold the raffle in the last hour of the event; you will not need to be present to win. Raffle tickets will be $2 each. What?!? That's cheap! That's right. Buy lots of tickets and spread them out over the many items we will have up for grabs.
