First, get good. Then, get better. We'll build the fundamentals that will foster a safe and delightful practice. Individual Asana and breathwork will lead us into partnership and conditioning, eventually flying! Soar out of your comfort zone by exploring an accessible practice that will have you supporting others, flipping upside-down, and surprising yourself at every turn! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, expect to be challenged.
Prereqs: None! No partner necessary.

So you’re good? Now get better! Taking your practice to the next level requires constant attention to details and partnership, plus a serious core and a light sense of humor. We’ll help strengthen you individually, amping up your control of your bodies, then build those partnership skills--learning how to move and be moved from a place of stability.
Prereqs: Comfort with Shoulderstand and Star. Some experience with Reverse Star. No partner necessary.

About the Instructors
Dan Plehal is an acrobat, yogi, and theatre-maker living in Chicago. He likes supporting people in any way he can, in acrobatics, music, or otherwise.
Paula Bui is figuring out a way to work less and live more. In the meantime, she works as an interpreter, yogi, and acroyogi.
