Come enjoy 5 carefully crafted courses specifically selected to be enjoyed with beer pairings. Chef Josh will walk you through how to best identify flavors as the food balances elegantly with the selected brews. The 5 courses include:
- Local meats, cheeses & charcuterie
- Shaved broccoli and kale salad with pickled watermelon radish & celery, fermented pearl onions, roasted almonds, cheddar, bacon dressing
- Lobster gnocchi served with corn shoots, asparagus and truffle snow
- Peterson Farms Pork Shank with farro, fava beans, zucchini, squash, white wine, lemon, herbs, glaze
- Coconut and mango ice cream sandwich with passion fruit gelee

612 has hand selected 5 of it's finest brews to pair. 612 Brew's beer expert will be on hand to carefully guide and teach you about tasting beer and how to maximize identifying flavors utilizing a diverse palette. The 5 paired beers include:
