Join Public Functionary Friday, April 10th and Saturday, April 11th for the closing weekend of “In Which ______ and Others Discover the End” featuring the work of installation artist Liz Miller. To cap off the exhibit run, the space will host a festival on the same weekend as the AWP Conference featuring events from local online art boosters,; Paper Darts Magazine, an arts-focused print publication and FSG Originals, a book publisher that publishes both digital and print literary offerings from writers around the country.

Different in content, but aligned in their promotion, creation and advocacy for the arts and the written word, these organizations will celebrate relaunches and releases of both digital and physical nature with two events spanning Friday, April 10th and Saturday, April 11th. In addition to these special events, PF will also have open gallery hours thurs-sat.

For 10 years, has provided locals with an easy-to-access calendar specifically for visual art events. A beloved go-to for art lovers, the site recently changed hands and will be relaunched officially on Friday, April 10th. Come party and show support with fellow artists, curators and art enthusiasts. Expect a spectacular evening with your favorite local DJs, refreshments, art and other surprises.

FSG Originals and Paper Darts present an art and lit party in celebration of FSG author Amelia Gray’s “Gunshot” book release as well as the relaunch of arts-focused Minnesota publication, Paper Darts Magazine. Happening in conjunction with the AWP Writers Conference at the Minneapolis Convention Center, this event will feature art activities, refreshments and music as well as readings from writers Amelia Gray, Brandi Wells, Dessa, John Brandon, John Jodzio, Laura Van Den Berg, Lindsay Hunter, Safy-Hallan Farah and Simon Jacobs.
