Full Pink Moon – April This name came from the herb moss pink, or wild ground phlox, which is one of the earliest widespread flowers of the spring. Other names for this month’s celestial body include the Full Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and among coastal tribes the Full Fish Moon, because this was the time that the shad swam upstream to spawn.

Who can come on the ride?
Grease Rag Full Moon Rides are open to everyone. Keep in mind this is a WTF (women/ trans*/ femme) event. No show-boating, oppressive language, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated. Come to have fun and defer to the WTF leaders and participants, don't come to own/ dominate the space.
How far and how fast is the ride?
Will we be stopping outside, so bring mittens and a toasty beverage? Slow, toodle pace.
