Come celebrate the first restaurant aquaponics system in Minnesota! Thursday, March 5, Gandhi Mahal restaurant is hosting a fundraiser for Spark-Y Youth Action Labs. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony for the aquaponics system that Spark-Y designed and constructed for Gandhi Mahal, as well as a dinner fundraiser for the community to attend! Join local politicians, community members and Spark-Y Staff for a special buffet meal, tour the system, feed the fish, and continue to support and pioneer sustainability in the Twin Cities!
