Groove... With Jp & Brooks

At The Taste, every first Saturday of the month, my friends and I will be delving into the depths of groove. Count on hearing thoughtful selections from all ends of the spectrum: Disco, Funk, Soul, Jazz, Lounge, Afro, Dub, Space jams, and everything between. JP is another of my musical soul brethren. He endlessly inspires me musically, artistically, technically, and spiritually. He ran, and was the record buyer at Vital Vinyl in its hay day. This means he was able to pick through the gems before we were able to get our greasy fingers on them. I've twisted his arm into dusting off a few of his collection to come share with us. It's a rare occasion that we get to rotate disc, together.. With JP and myself sharing the console for the evening, count on leaving with a heaping dose of groove in your soul.
